7th March

Games Played:

On this day in 1876, Alexander Graham Bell is granted a patent for the ‘telephone’.

With less ringing in our ears (the noise level was considerably lower this week as we spread out across the sports club), many excellent games were played. Both old and new.

Two of them stand out, not counting another one in the ‘OM’ series making an appearance.

‘U Boat’
-----------

Wow! Talk about game components and chrome. I didn’t play, but it looked like everyone was having fun. (See the photos on FB.)

‘Vodoran Gardens’
--------------------------

A nice little end of evening filler card game. NOT! Oh, my goodness. What a fantastically evil little game. An absolute brain burner, that’s serious fun to play.
