Invite LG to put up a stall. (NB: Have been invited, let up to them.)
LG to agree to promote/hunt down old members. (NB: Provisionally they have agreed.)
Promo items? Free mug/t-shirt/tote bag for all revisiting (and current) members
Other advertising? Local print media/tv/games related sites etc.
Food? Do we provide or do a slightly more organized pizza run c. 18:00-19:00. Tea/coffee - £2 in a pot for all day use? etc

I see this as a quick yes/no/pick discussion, with a vote if necessary, meeting.
Item 1, is a given? Unless we decided otherwise.
Item 2 - 6, we can do very quickly (hopefully)
Item 7-8, we can decide in theory and update the details later.
Item 9, we can take ideas going forward.
Item 10, unless very pressing, let’s keep this to a minimum as we all want to play games.
